My husband and I have said for year that no amount of money in the world is enough for your what you all do everyday. You all have such an important job – raising our youth. We are so blessed to have you help in raising our little one. Thank you!
We really cannot say enough about the teachers. ECP is a stellar organization, and I so wish my children could continue on with such wonderful teachers.
How can we put into a few words only the heart felt love our family has been shown day in and day out from the first day we stepped into this school. I am still amazed by the fact that no matter what time of day, regardless of the teacher we may pass by, they greet our boys by name, even if we have never met them ourselves before.
The month before I started my first son at Every Child’s Place—I cried. I didn’t know how these strangers (at the time) would take care of him—such as—would they snuggle with him? Would they hold him if he hurts himself? Would they really teach him anything? Would they be respectful of how I want my child raised?
Five years later my second son will be leaving ECP soon, and I will cry again, with sadness that I won’t see our friends there everyday. This place has become a second home to us. They have helped raise my boys and loved my boys just like family. They have helped them learn so many things. In their creative atmosphere, they have made amazing artwork I will keep forever. And as for activities to do at ECP—the inside gym, the special visitors— (firemen! Kenosha Kingfish!), the field trips, the holiday celebration with Santa, they very sweet Preschool graduation, just to name a few—all amazing experiences.
I hope future families are able to find the home we have found here. As my boys grow up, they may not remember all the wonderful experiences at ECP, but they know what being loved and included feels like, and that—they will never forget.
The education my child has received is phenomenal! Because of this, I feel that my child was well-prepared to move on to kindergarten. She speaks Spanish and uses sign language because of what they have taught her!
Every Child’s Place has been a wonderful and accepting place for all three of my children to grow in mind, body, and spirit. We learned of ECP when our oldest daughter suffered a brain injury and needed special care for feeding and epilepsy. They focused on her (and all children) as a whole child and not her needs physically, socially, and emotionally. Our other two children suffered strokes when they were 2 ½ years old. The friendship blossomed at ECP with the loving, dedicated, considerate staff members. So many good memories about our kids growing up there – holiday concerts, golf outings, and graduations! I can honestly say my family would not have easily survived the challenges of the past 8 years without the loving support and flexibility of the director and staff of Every Child’s.
The highlight of my daughter’s time here was watching her blossom into a more outgoing child. ECP has helped us get through a very difficult time. To see my daughter become more outgoing and happy is a credit to the teachers who have helped her to overcome a lot.
My granddaughter has been in another day care. She was getting “okay” treatment. Since being here my grandchild has been so much happier and calm. I notice everyone is upbeat and friendly. When you walk in you can feel and see the true care and concern everyone shows one another. I am always well informed on what my grand child’s day was like, on what new things she is working on and I am asked regularly if things are going well. Everyone works together and genuinely cares about the children. I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful place.
